What is the 12 week pain free program?
The 12 week pain free program is our signature program that will take you out of chronic pain and into health freedom. It starts with a thorough analysis of your pain through our root cause analysis. From the pain analysis, we will create a holistic pain treatment plan. Everyone is different.
No one system approach will work for everyone. Some may need decompression, an anti inflammatory diet, or sleep optimizations. Others may need chakra balancing, trama release exercise therapy, or breath work. What you will experience within the 12 week program is a deeper understanding of how to manage your pain and get out of pain. Pain will be the first thing to go away, then we will work on establish healthy habits and routines that keeps your body out of pain so you can do more of what you love!
Going through this program does not mean you will be pain free forever because our body produces pain as a signal something is off. We cannot control how often you look at your phone for how long you sit. But we are able to teach you how you can get your body out of pain and discomfort when it arise. You will gain a new sense of control and confidence of how to take care of your body so you can have more energy to explore, thrive, and create instead being stuck with pain.
Who is this for?
This is for people who has been suffering from chronic pain but have not found a solution that resonates with them. This program is for those who are looking to learn the skills and tools to get themselves out of pain without consistency relying on other people.
What to expect in the 12 week pain free program?
Expect to be out of pain within 2-6 weeks. That is the average time our client goes from being in chronic pain to out of pain. We’re able to accomplish this because the first few session our main focus is to get your out of pain by creating space and decompressing your spine and joint.
When there’s no compression, pain will go away. But that’s only the first step. Once you are out of pain and have more energy. You will learn how to stay out of pain by learning how to move in alignment. We will also start to help you establish a healthier habit around sleep, nutrition, hydration, mindset, and breathing.

My journey from frustration, confusion and in pain to being free of pain and having a deeper connection with my body.
I’ve personally suffered from chronic pain for over 7 years. I had low back, hip, ankle, neck and shoulder pain for 10 years of bodybuilding and 4 years of powerlifting. I went to physical therapist, chiropractor, acupuncture, massage therapy, and many many other approach and they all HELPED!
But none was able to help me connect the dots and help me understand what’s really going on with my body until I found CHEK institute and the ELDOA method. After I practice the foundation of mindset, breathing, hydration, nutrition, sleep and movement. I was able to get myself out of pain. I have been pain free for the last 4 years. Occasionally, I would get back and shoulder ache, which I am able to reset my posture with ELDOA.
