The real problem that’s holding you back

What’s your biggest challenge?

Most would say lack of time, motivation, accountability, or discipline.

These are all important.

But there’s something that’s more important than all of the above.

Without it, nothing will happen.

And that is ENERGY.

Think about it.

If you woke up everything FULL of ENERGY.

Would it be easier or harder to do what you need to do?

Would it be easier or harder to go to the gym? To clean the house? To study for an exam?

What would be possible for you if you could triple your energy within 30 days?

The 6 principle is the principle of how to create more energy.

It’s like putting 1 dollar into the ATM and getting 2 dollars back.

The first principle of practice I teach all my client is to learn how to breath.

Because it is FREE ENERGY.

How to breath?

Step 1: lay down on your back. Put one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest.

Step 2: Breath into your belly. Your Botton hand should go up. Then your chest. (If this is difficult, that means your body has been in a stressed state for a long time. Strengthening your diaphragm and stretching your neck muscle can help)

Step 3: Practice breathing for 5-20 for noticeable results.

You can try box breathing (4 sec inhale, 4 sec hold, 4 sec exhale, and 4 sec hold, repeat) for better focus, relaxation and energy.

Feel free to let me know if you find this helpful or anything topics you’d like me to cover from the holistic perspective.
