From chronic hip and knee pain to PAIN FREE in 2 month

Lorna came to us after hearing about us through her friend Nora. She had been having chronic hip and knee pain for over 5 years now. Being a single mom and having to take care of two kids was an extremely challenging task. Thus, her health suffered. She tried Stretching, PT, Chinese medicine and acupuncture, none has worked long term for her. 

After she started, we focus on optimizing her breathing, alignment, core and pelvic floor function. Outside of training, she was given a nutrition, hydration, and sleep program. After 2 weeks, she noticed a huge increase of her energy. She’s able to sleep without plays sounds and she’s able to stay asleep. After 2 month, her pain was non existent. But when the pain shows up after a day of long work, she’s able to practice the corrective exercise program to get her out of pain and strength her body.

Really love this class. I am a runner and was feeling unbalanced. The instructor really pays attention to detail for each participant if they did it right or wrong. I can tell the difference of my body even after one class. Really recommend this place.

Enqing and David are both so amazing and attentive!! Had a great class. They modified the exercises so I could feel the stretch and feel my posture improving. Can’t recommend them enough if you have chronic pain or want to improve your posture.

I took the Eldoa alignment class. It was a lot harder than expected, but I felt great at the end of the class. I felt taller. It was a smaller class, so the teacher was able to to help each student individually.

I felt better after just one class. Deep breaths and stretches really manage to relax and open the body and to connect with your core. Enqing corrects the postures gently but you can feel the difference. It's a great class for those of us who spend 8 hours sitting in front of the computer.

After getting tired of throwing my back out annually, I decided to do something about my back strength. I definitely recommend Enqing's class as a start to that journey to perhaps address some of the underlying posture issues as well as an eventual strengthening of my spine through repeated practice. Post-class I think it's something I'd recommend trying as a first intervention towards underlying posture/back strength issues.

Great experience and very educational. I had never heard of these techniques before but I think it will certainly gain traction given the many desk jobs out there. I felt upright and more aligned after the class. Instructors give gentle hands on adjustments which is critical to learning about your body awareness. You won’t break a sweat but for some reason it’s surprisingly a really tough exercise that engages the muscles we rarely use or have been taught how to use properly. I will definitely come back!!
