From chronic hip and knee pain to PAIN FREE in 2 month

Lorna came to us after hearing about us through her friend Nora. She had been having chronic hip and knee pain for over 5 years now. Being a single mom and having to take care of two kids was an extremely challenging task. Thus, her health suffered. She tried Stretching, PT, Chinese medicine and acupuncture, none has worked long term for her. 

After she started, we focus on optimizing her breathing, alignment, core and pelvic floor function. Outside of training, she was given a nutrition, hydration, and sleep program. After 2 weeks, she noticed a huge increase of her energy. She’s able to sleep without plays sounds and she’s able to stay asleep. After 2 month, her pain was non existent. But when the pain shows up after a day of long work, she’s able to practice the corrective exercise program to get her out of pain and strength her body.

After speaking with Enqing, I decided to do the 10-week Pain Free program. I started with one-on-one sessions with Enqing and then joined the group classes. Very insightful first free class! As a figure skater, the alignment exercises made me realize why I am always on my toe pick and finally understanding where to send the weight. The breathing exercises helped with upper back pain.

I tried out the ELDOA Alignment class. I can see the benefits of the class, when you decompress your spine you feel better, breathe easier, and your body will thank you. The instructor corrected my position within each posture and asked me questions to gauge how I was doing. I am sure I’ll be returning.

So I had come to this class with my friend. I have wanted to do a class like this for a while ,but have always been a little skeptical if it would work. After my friend and I both went to this class our expectations were exceeded tremendously. Not only was there a lot of tension that had been released from both me and my friends body, but it was also very relaxing. We both were able to really focus on our breathing and posture throughout the class which was great. Enquing was our instructor and he was AMAZING. He was really able to (in just one class) help us feel so much better with where each of us had a lot of tension. We also utilised the sauna and ice bath which was a great way to end the class. If anyone is looking for a relaxing class to help with breathing, posture, etc, then this is the class for you. We definitely will be going back again and thank you Enquing for making this the best experience!!
