We’ve officially launched our group alignment class officially starts today!
Our goal for the group class is to help you how to create a strong foundation so you can prevent and reduce pain, lose weight, sleep better.
How?

3. By using breath centered movement to create harmony in the body.
4. By creating SPACE in your spine and your joints.
Our group alignment class focus on QUALITY of movement.
Your first class is $25.

You will learn exactly what you need to eat according to your individual needs. You do not need to count calories to be able to lose weight. I personally don’t think counting calories is sustainable.
